Our skin-fermented Reserve Pinot Gris is a beautiful pale orange color and shows orange peel, yellow plum and just-ripe peach aromas, along with intriguing herbaceous notes of fennel bulb and hints of peppercorn and pine needle. The palate follows up with a savory hazelnut element and full, almost creamy texture. The finish has impressive length and fullness with consistent flavors, and we love this wine with roast white meats, richer vegetable dishes and darker fish dishes such as salmon and tuna.
