This light honey-colored, medium-bodied wine captures the warmth of early autumn. Its vibrant aromatics feature tarragon, eucalyptus, orange essence, and ripened stone fruit. The bright minerality on the palate unfolds with notes of lemon zest, star fruit, and a finish of over-ripened peach, nectarine, and orange liqueur. It pairs beautifully with lemon chicken, lightly smoked charcuterie, or Thai chicken and cashew salad.
