A deep ruby red color, this full bodied Cabernet offers aromas of ripe black cherry, anise and rosemary. Deep flavors of ripe black cherry and black plum dominate and are followed by notes of late summer blackberry and hints of chicory, tobacco leaf and baking spice. On the finish the juicy mouthfeel takes a backseat to a pleasant astringency and long lasting flavors of bramble and dried rosemary.

Winemaker Notes
This Cabernet reflects the broad base of vineyard sources we worked with in 2019. Seven Hills Vineyard brought softness, Minnick Hills brought weight, Sugar Loaf brought dark fruit and spice, and FireThorn contributed elegance. The diversity of vineyards made the tasting trials a lot of fun. We feel that this has led to a compelling, full-spectrum wine to build a meal around.
