Port Townsend Vineyard's first sparkling wine release is crafted from a hefty percentage of our Portuguese Hill Vineyard fruit. The finished wine is a beautiful pale rose gold with aromas of kumquat, melon, ripe fig and botanical herbs.

Find layered flavors of Snow Queen nectarine, juicy apple with notes of grapefruit pith, gentian and orange peel made lively by its pleasant effervescence. The long finish is reminiscent of heather honey, white peach and Rainier cherry.

This wine leaves a clear calling card and is consistent from introduction to farewell.
